Zaproszenie na konwersatoria w języku angielskim dla studentów Wydziału Nauk Społecznych
Serdecznie zapraszamy studentów 2 i 3 roku studiów pierwszego stopnia, 1 i 2 roku studiów drugiego stopnia oraz 4 i 5 roku jednolitych magisterskich na konwersatoria prowadzone w j. angielskim, które pozwolą na przyswojenie angielskiej terminologii, pozwolą podnieść umiejętność prezentowania i dyskutowania w języku angielskim
Udział w konwersatoriach jest bezpłatny.
Rekrutacja odbędzie się w terminie: 21.03-28.03.2022r

Course: Debates & Conversations: From Everydayness, through Politics, To Social Studies Issues.
Schedule: every Monday, MS Teams, 16:30-18:00
Description: Our Ms Teams meetings aim to foster exciting, at times vulnerable, yet always critical classroom conversations. Students will be encouraged to share personal insights on the matters of every-day life and education, political and social justice issues, and also to comment on the course of their social studies and day to day challenges. The teacher will moderate discussions, while also taking care to explain language and grammar necessary to effectively get your meanings across in an atmosphere of comfort, mutual respect and total academic ease.

Course: Communication in business
Schedule: every Tuesday, MS Teams, 14:15-15:45
Description: The course's main objective is to familiarize students with the English-language nomenclature useful in the broadly understood contexts of communication in business. The course will provide the students with the knowledge and competencies necessary to create business written and verbal messages, prepare and give presentations in selected situations related to the activity of companies, and cope with challenging communication situations. Students will also acquire the skills needed to function efficiently in an international work environment.

Course: Business English
Schedule: every Friday, MS Teams, 9:45-11:15
Description: The main aim of the course is to practise some essential competencies in Business English. Students ought to develop their knowledge in the sphere of management and human resource management and confront it with the context of real life. Different methods will be used during the meetings - writing comprehension, listening practice, grammar practice, group discussions and other forms of active methods supported by online tools like e.g. Mentimeter, Kahoot, Coogle.it, Answergarden.
