CANDIDATES FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE COURSE IN THE SUBJECT  “Teaching classes using online teaching tools – methodology and planning, good practice workshop” realized for teaching staff as well as research and teaching staff of the University as a part of the project „One University – Many Possibilities. Integrated Programme

The coordinator of the project announces recruitment for the course in the subject “Teaching classes using online teaching tools – methodology and planning, good practice workshop” realized for teaching staff as well as research and teaching staff of the University.

RECRUITMENT WILL BE HELD IN DAYS: 30th June – 10th July

A participant in the training may be an employee of the academic staff who, within the prescribed period, will deliver to room 421, ul. Bankowa 14 (HR Department) set of documents* listed below. 

Employees of the Cieszyn, Chorzów, and Sosnowiec campuses can provide documents in an electronic form (scan or photo) to the e-mail address juwm.zintegrowane@us.edu.pl, and then provide the originals before the start of the course.
ATTENTION!  In Appendix number 6 immediate supervisor’s signature is needed. If obtaining a supervisor’s signature on a document within the recruitment process is not possible, we kindly ask to redirect an e-mail with Deans/Degree Programme Director’s consent to participate in the course. 

Also, we mention that in accordance with POWER programme regulations and applicable recruitment regulations – a formal requirement of participation in the course is delivering a complete set of documents in the paper version before the course starts. In relation to the questions that arise regarding the possibility of electronic signature usage during the recruitment process, we inform you that according to the aforementioned regulations and the formally unfinished process of implementation of electronic circulation and archiving of documents at the University – documents signed with electronic signature will not be accepted.

Documents are prepared for black and white printing (version b). 

Recruitment process is based on the regulation: Regulaminu rekrutacji i uczestnictwa w projekcie pracowników kadry akademickiej, kadry kierowniczej oraz kadry administracyjnej.

 

In the case of obtaining the same number of points, the average of grades from surveys conducted among students from the last evaluated semester based on the data contained in the Employee Portal is decisive. 

The training group will have a maximum of 8 people. The course will be held on the Microsoft 365 platform. 

*Set of documents (Appendix 1,3,4,5,6) applies to employees, that haven’t participated in trainings/courses realized as a part of the project „One University – Many Possibilities. Integrated Programme”: in cases in which employees already delivered filled documents only Annex 6 and 5 are needed.
